Cash-In API Service (CIAS) offers the following core services.

Core services#

1. Invoice Intermediation
Invoice print and distribution excluding payment control.
Best suited for: Creditors who want to outsource invoice distribution but retain full control of their own receivables and payment follow-up.
2. Invoice Lifecycle
Handles invoice distribution, automated reminders, and staged escalation to collection — ideal when you want to reduce late payments with minimal manual work.
Best suited for: Creditors who want a fully managed accounts receivable workflow.
3. Debt collection
Payment reminder, voluntary collection, legal procedure and Post-Collection services.
Best suited for: Creditors who already distribute invoices independently and need Cash-In to handle the collection and settlement process.
4. Partner services
Confirma Software Partner services
Best suited for: Confirma Software partners managing multiple creditor accounts from a single integration.

Getting started#

Once you have identified the right service, you can begin setting up your integration.
Before making your first API call, ensure that you have:
A valid access token for the correct environment
The appropriate service and creditor account configured
Access tokens are issued separately for production and sandbox environments, and are specific to both the selected service and creditor account.
To get started:
Set up your environment (sandbox or production)
Generate your access token
Verify your access and configuration
